In her latest project, Jessica transformed an old Tennessee ranch-style home in West Meade through a complete renovation and custom build. Her love of architecture, heirlooms, and Southern hospitality drives Dogwood Proper's success.

Bonnie's passion for space and design ignited early on, with her childhood bedroom serving as her first canvas. Through rearranging furniture and witnessing her parents' home construction, she cultivated an eye for aesthetics and quality furnishings. After honing her skills through personal home projects, she embarked on a career in design. Living in various locales enriched her style, blending fresh traditionalism with modern flair. Now based in Houston, Texas with her husband and three teenage children, Bonnie crafts inviting spaces that blend warmth with contemporary touches, reflecting a curated and lived-in feel.

Raised in Jupiter, Florida, Ella’s love for design was sparked at an early age, staying up late with her mother watching HGTV and touring homes on the market. Those moments cultivated not only a shared passion but also an appreciation for how thoughtful design can make a house feel like home.After earning her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Florida State University, Ella moved to Nashville to begin her career with Dogwood Proper. With strong technical skills in CAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Enscape, she brings both creativity and precision to every project. She also has a deep appreciation for luxury items and carefully selected furnishings, ensuring each piece is not only beautiful but built to last. Ella’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that designing a home is a deeply personal process—one that should reflect both comfort and enduring quality.
