Haylee Smith serves as the Design Assistant at Dogwood Proper in Nashville, TN, where her pursuit of an Interior Design degree from O’more College of Architecture and Design at Belmont University contributes to her exceptional talent, meticulous attention to detail, and innate sense of warm hospitality on every client project. Outside of her design work, Haylee enjoys exploring new culinary experiences in Nashville, spending quality time on the lake, and hanging out with her Goldendoodle, Maui.

As the Director of Operations at Dogwood Proper, Tammy brings a unique and rich background that perfectly aligns with the company's values of creativity, determination, and Southern hospitality. Born and raised in Nashville and the daughter of a master electrician, her multifaceted career spans roles as a former marathon runner, running coach, real estate agent, and over eight years in custom home building. Tammy shares a special bond with Jessica, rooted in their shared Southern heritage, similar life journeys, and a unified dedication to excellence in client service—a commitment so profound they half-jokingly entertain notions of achieving "world domination." Home for Tammy is in Nashville, where she celebrates life with her husband of a decade, Mark, his twins Blake and Makayla, her daughters Maggie and Reagan, her son Austin, daughter-in-law Jacqueline, and her granddaughter Everly James.
